The product itself is fine, so no complaints there, but the shipping was way slower than I expected. I reached out about it and felt like nobody even read my message because the response didn’t really address what I asked. It was just a frustrating experience overall.

I barely feel my partner moving around now which is a big improvement. It is not totally perfect but it has been good.

It feels nice, but it was just thicker than I really wanted. Not bad, just not quite what I had in mind for that.

I opened it as soon as it arrived and gave it the full amount of time they recommended, but the corners still stayed flat and weirdly lumpy. i was already a little skeptical about something like this expanding properly out of a box, and this pretty much confirmed what I was worried about. It looked nothing like I expected, which was frustrating after hauling the box inside.

The tracking didn’t update for days, and then it arrived later than I was expecting, with no clear info anywhere. I kept having to check it myself, which was annoying. Not the worst experience ever, but when you need something by a certain date, it’s not great.

I was disappointed with this cover. From the start, it felt a bit cheap and loose, and after just a few nights of using it, it ended up ripping. I was hoping it would last longer, so overall I’m not happy with my experience.

I bought this hoping it would actually stay in place better, but nope :/ The “non-slip” part didn’t really do much on my mattress.
Pretty much every morning, it had shifted off to one side or bunched up near the bottom. I kept having to tug it back into place, which got old really fast!
Maybe it works better on other beds, but for me the stability just wasn’t there. I wouldn’t buy it again...

I ordered this expecting it to be firm, since that’s how it was listed, but it feels way softer than I wanted. I got the Viscosoft topper because I sleep hot and really wanted something that would actually help with cooling. I tried to give it some time in case it just needed to break in, but it never really improved. Maybe it works great for other people, but for me it was a “no” and I wouldn’t buy it again

Just a warning for anyone with a queen mattress, this didn’t fit mine right at all. It was really loose and didn’t stay snug, so it ended up being frustrating to use.

The cover also seemed to stretch out quickly. Maybe I just got one from a bad batch, I don’t know, but for the price I really expected it to stay in better shape. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I liked it at first, but then I washed the cover once and it shrank, which was frustrating. I figured it would be simple to clean and put back on, but nope, suddenly it didn’t fit the same and I was just standing there trying to make it work. So yeah, the washing part is definitely annoying.
